Acceptance of International or International Patient Department is done in several ways:
A: the patient, who gets familiar with the hospital through the hospital website or his/ her friends or family, is connected to an expert of the International Patient Department (Inpatient department) by a telephone call to discuss his/ her eye problem and the reason of his/her referral. The expert of Noor Eye Hospital wants the patient to send his/ her medical record to the hospital - usually through WhatsApp Messenger- if the patient has any previous medical records. The patient's medical record is given to an ophthalmolist, ophtalmology specialist or super specialist; then an appointment is booked for the patient according to the flight date and duration of the patient's stay and appointment with the ophthalmologist. After being referred to the hospital, the patient will communicate with the expert of the International Patient Department, and the hospital interpreter will accompany him/her at all stages of his/her treatment- including examinations, paraclinical services, surgery, and post-operative follow-up visits.
B: The patient communicates with an expert of the International Patient Department via e-mail and the hospital website to discuss his/ her eye problem. The International Patient Department expert schedules an appointment for the patient according to his/ her health history and medical records .After being referred to Noor Eye Hospital the patient can use the services of the health center with full support of the expert and director of the International Patient Department.
C: The patient is referred to Noor Eye Hospital with the guidance of his/her relatives, friends or acquaintances, and directly contacts an expert of the International patient services or International Patient Department, as well as taking the International Patient Department telephone number, and then the related steps are followed by the expert.
D: The patient, who has already identified the center, is referred to the hospital in person without calling and contacting the International patient services or International Patient Department. After making contact with the international patient services department, the patient can receive the services of the hospital .
If the patient needs a refractive surgery, he/she should be referred to the cash of the hospital along with the hospital interpreter and pay the cost of the surgery; after being accepted in the hospital.
